Who I am

This website is run by Khawar Mehfooz, a web developer based in Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. I am responsible for the personal information described on this page. You can reach me any time through the contact page.

What I collect

I only collect what you choose to send me:

  • The contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message.
  • Later conversations: anything you share by email or on a call if we talk about your project.

There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no payment forms on this site, and I do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

The site also saves your cookie choice and how you like projects shown in your own browser. These stay on your device and hold no personal details. See the Cookie Policy.

How I use it

I use your details to reply to you, to understand what you need and prepare a proposal, and, if we work together, to run the project and keep records of it.

I do not add you to a mailing list, I do not use your details for marketing, and I never sell or rent them.

Who can see it

  • Me.
  • Services that deliver and store messages, such as the email and hosting providers I use to receive them.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile. The contact form uses it to tell people from bots, so Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser details when the form is used.
  • Anyone the law requires me to tell, if I am legally obliged to share information.

Links to GitHub, LinkedIn and other sites lead to places with their own privacy policies.

How long I keep it

I keep a message for as long as I need it to answer you and follow up. If we work together, I keep project records for the length of the project and afterwards for as long as needed for accounts and legal reasons. After that I delete them.

Your rights

You can ask me, at any time, to:

  • show you what I hold about you,
  • correct anything that is wrong,
  • delete your details,
  • stop using them in a particular way.

Write to me from the contact page and I will answer within 30 days. If you live in the EU or the UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes too. Please check back now and then.
